Smoking (steaming) Proven E-cigarette

(No)smoker's short editorial

"Quitting smoking is easy. I've done it a thousand times." Mark Twain

I am a nicotine lover. I am enjoying feel of stimulating and relaxing effects http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nicotine of it. Its doesn't mean I suggest to anybody to start using it, but explaining why I set up this website. For smokers who are want to stop smoking, but unsure if they want to give up of nicotine.

Hard choice five years ago, because the first one – stop smoking – was automatically mean the second one. But not today. It is good news or bad? Decide by yourself...

Smoking effects

I tried to stop smoking cigarettes by telling myself: I just didn't want to smoke, but I didn't believe myself. Barbara Kelly

Nicotine causes releasing of glucose and adrenaline, which means stimulation. It takes only seven seconds when is nicotine carried from lungs into brain. Main effect comes by releasing neurotransmitters which enhances concentration and by extending effects of dopamine.

Nicotine is psycho-stimulant.

As wikipedia said: Nicotine has not been assigned to an official carcinogen by IARC (International Agency for Research on Cancer, http://www-dep.iarc.fr).

Steaming nicotine instead smoking cigarette

There is no reason do it. I did and found it satisfactory but this isn't reason why you should think the same way. But you – of course – could.

Replace devastating effects of smoking cigarettes:

Inhalating tar - increases risk of lung cancer, emphysema, and bronchial disorders. The carbon monoxide in smoke increases the chance of cardiovascular diseases.

Smoke contains several carcinogenic pyrolytic products that bind to DNA and cause genetic mutations. Particularly potent carcinogens are polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH), which are toxicated to mutagenic epoxides.

Inhalation of tobacco smoke causes several immediate responses within the heart and blood vessels. Within one minute the heart rate begins to rise, increasing by as much as 30 percent during the first 10 minutes of smoking. Carbon monoxide in tobacco smoke exerts its negative effects by reducing the blood’s ability to carry oxygen. http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/articlerender.fcgi?tool=pmcentrez&artid=1514663

By steaming e-cigarette you can beat smoking ban

Almost all countries already have or preparing law which ban smoking in public areas, restaurants, bars, pubs etc. But product of e-cigarette is pure steam, absolutely without smell and without risk of passive smoking.

You can steam everywhere – on the air board, in the pub, in the office... As far as good.

But... No every people knows the difference. To tell truth, only few knows, because steaming is quite new, so for your (and mine's) comfort I'm asking as many as possible places (mainly hotels, bars and restaurants) in Scotland if they are knows e-cigarette. You can every time browse this growing list in section Steaming-friendly Venues – and is you are manager or owner of such venue, don't hesitate to contact me (on the same page at the bottom you will find the form), I would glad to add your venue for free – and you'll also get backlink on your website from here!

It is... possible... with e-cigarette. Many people will tell you, that it is easy, but quit smoking, to give up cigarette (pipe) aren't easy any time. Remember the quote of Mark Twain. What the steaming will give you is a better chance.

To stop smoking is painful process – your brain is needed the nicotine. So there is a lot of plasters, inhalators and chewing gums with nicotine, which should help you. But... They aren't giving you the feeling... And a little toy for your fingers. E-cigarette gives you both.

2. Reason why try e-cigarette to stop smoking

The habit. The habit of smoking is for long time smoker very strong. Inhalating of smoke is a passion. E-cigarette gives you mild steam which gives actually the same feeling and... (see Reason 3...)

3. Reason why try e-cigarette to stop smoking

No-nicotine steam. Yes, it is true. Refills (cigarette ends in old way :-) in e-cigarette can contain 0, zero, of nicotine. So you can lower, lower and at the end cut nicotine and steaming all along. Your habit will satisfied, but your dependence on nicotine will beaten... Then you can beat habit too. It is simpler than fight two strong enemies together, didn't you think? Last but not least – savings

one pipe of tobacco cost (avg.) £3
one 20's pack of cigarettes cost over £4
if you are smoking your own, rolled from smoking weed is cost of 20's cigarettes £3

For me it means saving £25 weekly. I love steam!

What is e-cigarette

They are perfectly legal to use because, in our view, this isn’t smoking, the legislation is to protect people from second-hand smoke but if there is none of that then there’s no basis for a prosecution.

Ian Gray, Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH)

History of e-cigarette is not very long: the electronic cigarette was patented in April 2003 by SBT Co. Ltd. Five years after, in 2008, helps smokers in non-smoking Olympics villages in Beijing and now is known all around the world.

The technology of it are not changing at all, all brands are using the same, include e-liquid (which is vaporized and heated by atomizer).
